How does membership work?

• Your spending sets your tier. When you reach the relevant threshold, your tier is updated after your order; the new rate is used on later orders.
• You see the amount before you order. If you have a membership discount, it is included in the calculation. Membership discounts do not apply to fixed-price showcase products.
• Follow the referral program from your account. On the referral screen you can review your invite link, the current commission rates and your earnings.

The most common questions about membership tiers, discounts and the referral program.

• What decides my membership tier? Your tier is set by your total spending; every order is added to that total. The table above lists a spending threshold for every tier; when your total spending reaches a threshold, your tier is updated after an order.
• When is the discount applied? The discount rate of your new tier is used on your later orders. If you have a membership discount, it is already included in the amount you see before you place the order.
• Do fixed-price showcase products get a membership discount? No. Membership discounts do not apply to fixed-price showcase products; for these products your tier does not change the price.
• Where can I see my tier and my progress? When you sign in to your account, the membership page shows your current tier and how much is left until the next one.
• Can I see the tiers without an account? Yes. You can review the tier table and the discount rates on this page without opening an account. To see your own tier you need to sign in to your account.
• Is the discount rate the same in every tier? No. The discount rate is shown separately for each tier in the table above; the rate that applies is the current one in the table.
• Is the referral program the same as my membership tier? No, the referral program works separately. Commissions you earn with your invite link are calculated under its own terms. Referral program details
