What are the guarantee and refill?
- Refill means that, on eligible services, any quantity that drops within a set period is topped up again.
- Not every service supports refill. The refill period and terms are stated in the service description.
- Deleting the link, making the profile private, changing the username or platform restrictions can affect refill eligibility.

Cases not covered by the guarantee
- Entering the wrong link, deleting the target content or setting the profile to private.
- Placing simultaneous orders for the same link from different panels or through more than one service.
- Count clean-ups carried out by the platform, algorithm changes or access restrictions caused by the user.
- Economy packages whose service description states that there is no refill/guarantee.
